Nikken's VC Holders are a variant developed from our hugely successful Slim Chuck with the emphasis placed on the demands and requirements for milling and profiling applications.
As with the Slim Chuck all VC Holders are equipped with our TiN Bearing Nut technology and provide optimum gripping torque, improved rigidity and excellent and reliable run-out accuracy. They provide superior machining performance and excel for high-speed applications - up to 40,000rpm.

VC Collets
The smaller the taper angle is, the better concentricty is obtained. Our steep 8 deg. collet seats deeper in the body of the holder, providing twice more clamping force and twice more precision than traditional 16 deg. ER collets.
VC collet have an extended body to minimize runout and to increase surface area contact of tooling.
Coolant-Thru capabilities
Our VC Collet Chuck features a unique high-pressure coolant collet system which allows for higher accuracy and gripping torque.
